In stock merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours.
Customer will be notified within 24 hours if merchandise is pre-ordered, backordered or sold out.
We do our best to maintain an accurate inventory; however, in store purchases
are not updated intil the following business day.
Merchandise will be shipped USPS or UPS.
All merchandise is insured.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping please contact us via e-mail or phone at 1-800-876-0049 and follow the instructions provided to you on the shipment claim form. Please keep the box, packing material and shipped merchandise while a claim is being processed.
Once we have receive confirmation from the shipper that a credit will be issued, we will issue a refund to the original credit card for the amount of the damaged item less shipping & handling fees.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs will not be refunded.
Unless an Expedited shipping service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 4-14 business days of shipping if ordered by 12:00 PM CST.
2-3 day shipping available for and extra $6.00 charge.
***Please note that 2-3 day delivery orders placed after noon Central time on Friday or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. This service is not available for some zip codes.
Express overnight shipping available for an additional $17.00 charge and order must be received before 12:00 PM CST.
