Our Policies

 

Shipping

In stock merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours.

Customer will be notified within 24 hours if merchandise is pre-ordered, backordered or sold out.

We do our best to maintain an accurate inventory; however, in store purchases are not updated intil the following business day.

Merchandise will be shipped USPS or UPS.

All merchandise is insured. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping please contact us via e-mail or phone at 1-800-876-0049 and follow the instructions provided to you on the shipment claim form. Please keep the box, packing material and shipped merchandise while a claim is being processed. Once we have receive confirmation from the shipper that a credit will be issued, we will issue a refund to the original credit card for the amount of the damaged item less shipping & handling fees. Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs will not be refunded.

Unless an Expedited shipping service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 4-14 business days of shipping if ordered by 12:00 PM CST. 2-3 day shipping available.

***Please note that 2-3 day delivery orders placed after noon Central time on Friday or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. This service is not available for some zip codes. Express overnight shipping available and order must be received before 12:00 PM CST.

***Not all items are available for express shipping. If express shipping is not offered for your order, and you would like to request it, please e-mail Peggy or call 1-800-876-0049 to request a shipping quote.

***Please note that overnight delivery orders placed after noon Central time on Friday or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. This service is not available for all zip codes.

 

Returns

We at Noel Christmas Store truly hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 10 days of your shipment received. Items must include all original paperwork, pieces or parts in order for a refund to be made.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

Sale merchandise may not be returned.

In order to process your return please contact us via e-mail or phone to receive a return authorization number (RA#).

Merchandise returned without a RA# will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of your return we will gladly issue an exchange or refund your money to the original form of purchase less shipping & handling and a 15% restocking fee.

Christmas trim, home decorations and accessories are not returnable after December 20, 2010.

Personalized items, limited editions, custom orders, and discounted merchandise are not returnable or refundable.
